Spring 2025
Spring is here and the ranch is officially open for the 2025 season!
Thanks to a generous donation of a bobcat rental, we were able to get the winter mess cleaned from the pasture and paddock area, and get the ranch looking its best for our visitors and volunteers.
With the bobcat, we were also able to prep our greenhouse site and will be constructing it in the coming weeks.
Thanks to a grant this spring from Beltrami Electric, we are able to put in a woodworking shop at the ranch that we had been working towards. We have purchased most of the tools for the project, and as soon as the electrical is finished in the barn, we will be able to complete the woodworking shop. This will be a great addition to the ranch as it will allow us to offer additional options for our mentoring sessions.
Our volunteers have been going through safety training and orientation in preparation for the spring session. The horses have enjoyed the extra attention and training sessions after a long winter of relaxation.
Prayer Requests: 1: We have written a grant for a tractor to be donated to the ranch. While it is a long shot, we are hoping that our prayer partners would join us in praying for favor as we are very much in need of a tractor to move hay for the horses, especially through the winter.
Thank you for your continued prayer and support!
