The ground has dried up and construction is now moving quickly!  The excavation work to level the barn site was completed, followed by plumbing work and pouring of the slab.  Fencing is set to begin in two weeks, at which time the round pen and riding arena will also be completed. Everything is on-time as far as the builder is concerned to still begin building the barn before the summer is over. 

The fencing is not quite up yet because the excavation work has to be completed first, however we have started the process to bring session horses to the ranch.  We have several leads and are praying over the best fit for our volunteers and sessioners that will be spending lots of time with these horses. 

God has been providing us with many opportunities to share our ranch vision.  We have had several meetings with leaders in the community, interest from people who desire to volunteer once the ranch is open, and appointments with potential donors who want to tour the ranch.

Please continue to pray that our construction timelines stay on track, that God brings the right people to finish our startup projects, and that we start making connections with the individuals that God would have us reach through the ranch this summer.

1:  We pick the appropriate session horse this month.
2:  Construction stays on track to tentatively open Sep. 1, 2024.  
3:  We find additional on-going monthly partners to help fund the ministry long-term.
